Victoria G. Leisey

Victoria joined our corporate department in 2022 after earning her JD and MBA degrees from Suffolk University. She has a rich and diverse professional and educational background that includes study and corporate legal work around the world. In those roles, she has overseen asset and equity mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and entity management, has drafted and negotiated a variety of diverse contracts for clients ranging from small and newly formed businesses to international industry leaders. Victoria brings that real-world global experience to the Firm, helping the Firm's corporate clients successfully and profitably navigate their business challenges and concerns with her skills and expertise in prioritizing cost-effective and creative solutions.
